    Lou vs Arnold?????
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFZ8j6u1PjE

    On a side not. To me it looks as if both these men are on steroids at the young age of 17 or 18 yet both of them ore massive men

    lou= 6'5
    Arnold= 6'2

    does this contradict the stinting of growth on steroids debate??

    Arnold was not only a fantastic specimen of body building but an extremely engaging interview. He helped the body building world immensely and deserves as much credit as he can get.

    I don't like his "Do as I say not as I Do" attitude of recent years. But the man has to keep hustlin so I understand the motivation. Its not like he's a bitter guy who spend all his money and demonizes the sport.
