    Photoshopped im pretty sure. They added the the B&W effect to cover up the blending on the cabinet doors and granite counter edge under his right arm. You can also tell by looking to the left and right of where his "waist" is supposed to be. Look at how the doors on the cabinets have a weird look to them where they tried to blend over distorted part of the image when you shrink something down.

    they definitely did what tuner said.. but that doesn't take away from the rest of the guys physique.. truly phenomenal.
