Kind of an oxymoron but sounds to me like your after more of a male fitness model look? In which case Rob Riches looks pritty ripped up for only 185lbs. As far as smaller bodybuilders go I think you'd be hard pushed to beat Frank Zane, he was as shredded as they come for his time.

Yup, you are going to need to go back in time to find a bodybuilder with a waist. I don't like the modern massive look either. I appreciate the work they do, but I would never want to look like that.Quote:
