At the time, I didn’t appreciate him & was bitter when he won. Now however, a complete 180. A truly beautiful physique.

seems amazing that someone only weighing 190 pounds could win the overall mr Olympia title. things have surely changed over the years

You got that right. Not even a contender today however the judges do seem to be moving back a little and not going for the extreme mass.

ZANE was one of the greatest of all time. I feel he had a physique that was attainable for a lot of guys who couldn't play the mass game.

Shawn Ray was the continuation of the Zane Look but could not beat the mass monsters in Dorian and then Ronnie. Even at one point in his career Zane was told to bulk up. I think he compete at around 210 in one show didn’t place well and went back down.

Guys like Shawn Ray, Flex Wheeler, and Lee Priest realistically always should have placed ahead of guys like Dorain Yates. He was simply a mass monster, and should have been more of a fan favorite along the lines of guys like Big Ramy or Marcus Ruhl.

There is no way Flex shouldn’t have one at least one.

Its my opinion that SHAWN RAY had one of the best most unappreciated, underrated physiques in bodybuilding history.
