Hi guys there is my spiro. What do u think its real or fake! I eat 3 times a day.
Its good, or should i eat more tabs? Starface the Hungarian!

Yes its from the pharmacie, but not legally! It needs prescription to buy! But I can sell u thousands of this on a good price!

"starface" I have the same Spiro like you, also from the same source - direct from pharmacy in my country. I have also :-) the same problems like you - you need to have prescription to get it. But this is the same in all midle-europe counties, so don't worry :-) thanx god, there are many ways how to get it ...
