Jintropin, are some of these spoiled

Hi bros.
I found couple Jintropins which have some kind of shi** inside, in the bottom. Are those spoiled? Bottoms of some bottles are totally clear...

Dilute one of them and see if it's cloudy, you'll know really quick if it's bad. I've actually hit the wafer with a stream of water a couple times and ruined a couple.. very fragile stuff.
