Maybe it's just me but it looks like some vials of sterile water with stickers printed from a inkjet printer...

wipe the label with water to see if the ink falls off...if it does, your gear is bunk.

Would be nice to see the back side as well? normally from where I come from vials have dates stamped on them, not even laser marked. The quality of the paper looks very poor, and unprofessional. Personally, I think it's dodge. As insane says, the liquid inside looks watery, but maybe that's just how the photo came ou. Try get a daylight pick, without flash, as that may represent it better.

Also never seen any UGL using AMPS .... and it does look too clear more like water.
