    Click post reply then on the toolbar of the reply box click on the paper clip icon for attachments. A window will pop up and browse for the picture on your computer - then click upload. The picture will upload. After it uploads close the upload window and click on the paper clip icon for attachments again. The name of the picture file should be listed. Click that and it will attach in your message.

    it is taking a long time for the pic to upload...still having trouble
