can't post pics

i'm trying to post my pics but i think the jpeg is too large is there another way to post the pic

When you are looking at the picture file on your computer..

1) right click on it and select "edit"
2) hit ctrl W

you will then have 2 different values horizontal and Verticle both being at 100%. Type in 50 in both boxes then hit "ok"

keep doing that until the picture is small enough to post
