looks legit, but there is a fake that may look like this, ghe pic can't give me 100% indication. do you have the box ?

nope no box, i just shot one had a strong bitter taste that numbed my mouth and the odd thing was i only could draw out 0.8ml.
would altitude and location affect this?

i think there may be a problem with the niles,i got the same amps and noticed that they were .8ml also
my batch were a little older than yours and we both had the same problem,and we aint alone in that either,av read many a post about the same thing
id advise you to use another brand of oragon,i wont be using niles again
