i have never seen this kind before but if i were you i would just get on that website printed at the bottom of the amp and compare it

That's the Netherlands stuff. Not sure if it's real or not and I've never seen those labels or those colour rings on the decas. Pretty poor presentation so I would say it's more than likely UGL gear.

I also think it's UGL ... no need to print www link on the label if it's legal pharmaceutical company ...
