So how would you ask about a specific type of gear if you can't mention the name of the manufacturer?

I didn't recognize it. You can edit the pic so the lab name doesn't show, if someone has used it they will recognize it from the markings even without the name showing. Be patient, posts like this often get a lot of views and not a lot of responses, that's because there is no reason for us to fill the thread up with posts stating we don't know, so some times it takes a while to find someone who recognizes it. You should re-post the pics with the lab name marked out, then bump it once or twice a day if you don't get any input.
