    Anyone heard or seen this sustanon 250?

    Any info would help pls, got this from the same place i get all my gear just not sure on it and yes I know this is my first post I am new to this board since my regular board knows nothing on this shit. Don't stone me to hard!

    Thats because you are supposed to grab the top like a beer bottle and break it like you would for a bar fight. Then you just stab it directly into the muscle and Voila! No pins needed.
