Why can't I upload pics?

So I go to "Manage Attachments" browse for a pic (.jpg) open it then hit "upload" and its not uploading the file, I'm getting a "page cannot be displayed" error. Is it me? Am I doing something wrong?

I was having the same problem, I had to re-size the pics, they were too large.

Do you mean they were to big kb wise or physically to big?

Ah I see what your saying Big, there is a max file size, now all I have to do is figure out how to re size a pic. Thx.

you can just use "Paint", go to "image" then "stretch/skew" and reduce both percentages the same. My pics were pretty big, I dropped them to 60% I think then they went through.
