Yes they do.Also before the ones you have there was no white ring.

true, the necks weren't even scored. After the first one exploded in my hand... I learned to seek alternative methods to open them up

No, they aren't underdosed. They also should be right around 1.2ml each

I've also heard that if you can't scratch the blue print off them there fake!

All I know is the blue in on it is extremely easy to brush off. Wipe you figer lightly on it and it comes off clean. After a few days of messing with the amps I'd usually end up with a box full of plain clear amps, no writing on them at all

Looks good, have not seen any ICN fakes personally.

I was told by a guy in the Balkan region that the recent batches of ICNs were blue writing again, no longer black.

Have not heard of any underdosing.
