Just got done with that and deca -300mg,,,bench from 265 max to 425 max,,no bullshit,,eat right train hard ,, and dont put that shit in your shoulder,,ass only and be prepared cause it leaves a knot and f---ing hurts..but you will get used to it!!

don't put it in your leg either tried that last week for two days I could barly walk. zmatalucci how long were you on i am just starting a ten week cycle of this stuff and tren . hope to get results like you did
