Test-E 500mg, Real or Fake?

I am about 1/3 the way through my first cycle with a friend of mine. We have been using Test-E 300mg for the last 3 weeks, and we bought some Test-E 500 mg to finish us off. The first vial was very professional looking and the cap did not move. This one the cap moves and it looks a little off. Can anyone tell me if they think this is fake or real?

It is going to hurt more than the current test-e we are taking? I'm curious as to why? I appreciate the input! I'd hate to get some fake stuff now since I'm pretty certain the last I got was genuine.... considering the sharp increase in sex drive hah.

I disagree... just because it hurts does not mean its real. it would just mean that there is a high % of BA.... It could be BA, BB, and oil period..... no hormone. right?

Well yea it could be anything just as anything can that's not hg but usually the higher the concentration is the more painful it's gonna be however Ive used some 400mg/ml test e that was pretty much painless before
