i used it felt under dosed , gained like 5 pounds of it so cant really say maybe my diet was of. u know one thing, use it and u will know if its real u start to feel like a beast. when u are on some thing real u get crazy pumps , really tight , and u start to grow over night, u recuperate faster during workouts thats how u going to know if its real if u dont feel that then throw it away or go and hit ur source with a bat ...thats what i would go and do.lollololololol
