    Winstrol - Real or Fake? Please Help!!

    Can anyone please tell me if this is real or fake? My friend took his first shot of this tonight. He used 21g 1.5" needle in left shoulder and got a lump and some moderate pain in that shoulder about 2 hours after injection if that helps. Thanks in advance guys!!
