Deca and Test C; Good to go?

The test had a red cap originally but I popped it off. Both are filled equally, and the metal parts do not spin.

Even though they look a little unsanitary and generic I can't say not GTG.
The only way to be sure is go get your blood drawn for free + total Test pre and during cycle. Ask your doctor for the script for blood work. You should get LFT and cholesterol as well.
