Pakistanian Sus (Real or fake)

hey id like to know what you guys think about these pictures. Heres the thing. Two different friends of mine are using this, and both have no injection pain whatso ever, not even a lump. My past expierences with the different sus's all caused a pain or at least a lump. So for some reason i think they may have bogus stuff?

Also.. id like to know.. if any of you have done this stuff, how good is it? is it up there with the russain? (many people tell me yes)

what kind of gains did you see with it? (anything else ud like to add about this stuff?)

(sorry if none of this makes sense i had to type it really quick.. have the g/f in the next room.. lol) THX BROS!

I like karachi sust personally. Gains have been good. As far as your friends not getting the pain or lumps, well that could be because of several different reasons. Improper injecting can cause most of those symptons. Inject slow, and massage the injection spot for at least 2 - 3 minutes after injection. Also, I have always experienced pain in different levels depending on where I inject with sust. They say it is the prop. in it.

Those are the exact same Kirachi's I have bro. I'm doing them, and they are great. There IS pain after you shoot, not during. About 24-48 hours you will feel slight sore in the muscle.

I'm on the Sweet Karachi's myself. Put on 6 lbs in 3 weeks so far. My thighs friggin' hurt about 2 days after injection. Put on 40lbs on bench as well, but I'm a first timer so.....

Actually, It will be higher because I was a bit of a fat cunt when I started. I've lost body fat and still have gained 6 lbs

i'm near the end of my Karachi Sust cycle. My look just like yours and I know mine are legit. I've gained 18-20 pounds with it.
