sust amp low fluid level

Here is a pic of my sust. So far good results. I got one in amp that has a lower level than the rest and the bottle itself is slightly taller. Is it likely that the dose will be lower or that it may even be a fake. I wasn't sure if real gear can have slight irregularities like this. So far out of 20 amps this is the only one. Like I said I have had good results thus far. I've had sides, test flu and so on, increased libido etc.... Any thoughts?

I would say your gear is fake i can see that the amps are different sizes, the fluid levels differ and the top of the amps have abit of a small nipple on the top good indication of fake gear.

Negative. Like I said I'm 4 weeks in with results positive and negative sides. I was basically wondering about the one that stands out. I'm not really sure if a supplier would send some good some bad. Maybe I'll take another pic with them out of the cassette case. Maybe looks like nipple but it's not. They are slight dimples.

Sustanon from pakistan is very bad, i had used 1gr /week and dont get good results, are all fake, these pakistanies are sell fake products.
the good in pakistan and original is testonon zafa with 1amp/boxes, this is more expensive but is very good

dude the gear might work but its bootleg or faked brand if you will , it might work but not as good as real pharma ones

I've searched these threads up and down and get mixed reactions from other peeps with the same sh*t. Gonna look into it more and hopefully get more responses. Like to see some vets comment. But I value your opinions and views thx...keeps me cautious.

The most faked pharma test going... Karachi Sus... I scored some of this, but didn't bother using it as I don't trust it. So I passed it on. From what I hear though, ampule size differences are nothing to be concerned about with any gear coming out of Pakistan, Pharma or otherwise. That said, when I got my testoviron all the ampules were bang on and all the oil levels were too. But that is manufactured in Germany, and you know what the Germans are like .

How do the amp heads come off? Do they pop easily or is it a mess opening one?
