I have got sust from Karachi but mine is manufactured by pharmatec but is licensed under organon. It looks similar to yours but it has slight differences I.e my amps don't have organon logo on the vile. My sust is def real as it does what it should and I get it direct from pakistan from a trusted sauce. Apparently organon have afew manufactures in Pakistan so it could be ok.

One I got above was probably not fake, just the potency is super low, means I'd probably have to shoot 4 amps to get the effect of 250mg. Depends on the manufacturers I guess, you need to try it to know. The more the injections site sores the next day the better. With those I had no swelling at all.
