Anyone heard of V Labs?

This looks shady but my friends have used it - V Labs?Attachment 138917

Can anyone tell me if they think these are real or fake? Getting some results but super sore, and had a 'Deca-flu' with fever and back ache. Could of been coincidental but not sure. Help! Thanks.
