So, if you follow the online guides, they would say some of these are questionable, damn... however i try them and after 3 weeks i go to my doctor and my test levels were close to 1900, so.... they're ok! also, the oil was very thick, i couldn't use a 25g because it would take like 2 mins squeezing really hard lol.
