I have never personally encountered this manufacturer.

What I think is that with a professional type vial of that nature, that the COST involved of creating a fake vial+ labeling it would be pretty high. Its almost not worth it to create fake vials.

I think they are most likely real- only way to know for sure is use it and get your blood work done and check your values. My opinion is I would use it.

The DOT on the top of the vial is your maker to snap the vial AWAY from the DOT.
