First time use

My first time taking was last friday, i took 1cc in my right arm and saw a pretty noticeable change in my workout. I woke up saturday and my right arm was extremely sore, and swollen, it hasn't really changed since saturday, is this normal? And should i still go through with another cc in my left arm this friday
