Hey New to this site looking for advice on what to take or how to take it. Am a intermediate lifter not to serious 6'6 290 been working out for about five years seen transformation but not really enough that I like used and been on test only other than that regular proteins and supplements. Buddy suggested Clen , and pGH just wondering should I or something else better.
Goal is to get leaner lose body fat but still add that size, arms, chest and def back
