It's manufactured in India. No idea or feedback on the quality. There is some mass spectrometry info posted online, but again that could be legit or it could be faked.
Edit: Just for reference, don't confuse Hilma with Hikma Pharmaceutical. Hikma makes true pharma test for Westward and I believe Watson at their Portugal facility.
