I hate being "off!" I can deal with the lethargy, lack of pumps, and what not but I FEAR more than anything losing the gains I made during my cycle. Some losses are inevitable I know but it seems that keeping cals high and cutting back training isn't enough. So Im considering bridging with d-bol? I've never bridged before nor used d-bol. So I ve a few questions that I hope you guys don't mind answering.
1) Do you agree with bridging in general?
2) I understand that it only allows your body to regain 80% of you orig. test or hpta??? But If I stopped bridging 4 weeks from a cycle do you think that it would recover? In other words 12 weeks "on" 8 weeks bridge 4 weeks "off" then 12 weeks "on."
3) Would using d-bol at 10mgs a day require the need for clomid, liquidex, nolva, hair products, etc.
4) Would the "8 Week" bridge include using clomid?
