They are working now. Sorry bro, the pictures you have been posting haven't been working. I have been saving them, converting them to jpgs and then reposting. You cannot use the IMG command on a bmp at geocities. It just won't work.

Bdd, please don't think I was knocking your pix for the sake of it. Top marks for making the effort, you don't know, something small and insignicant in your pix could be the 'heads up' someone needs to make a good decision on their juice.

As regards putting your pictures on the board. When you save them onto your hard drive same them as Jpeg files. Then when you go to attach them here just browse to your anabolic pic files on your HD and open the file. Then attach. It's simple.
