lot #9 should say QV on the cap. those don't look right to me.

It looks like it once had QV on the cap. Why or how it came off is another story. It has the smooth printed cap, unlike the "flip off" caps.

thanks for the quick reply bros...yeah i checked out the batch numbers they all correspond...the 009 did have the QE insignia on it, but the cap broke off accidentally and i taped it back on to try and keep it as sterile as i could, when i removed the tape for the pics the insignia came off with it. I was more concerned about the fat that part of one of the labels was torn. Just wanted to know whether you guys have had similar vials.
