    It was the preparation for the lift.. the booty needs to stay in contact with the bench all the time. But,I'd say it's an impressive arc anyway!

    Is he squating or benching But the sad thing is, there is this joke who works out at my gym that does that very same thing! He thinks he is such hot $hit but everyone just points and laughs at him!

    thats stupid. ive been competing for 3 years, and i can tell you, that that right there is a NO LIFT. your @SS has to be on the bench at all times, **** like that is stupid man, i hated arching my back but i had to sometimes.

    nah its still there bro. it just gets me kinda aggravated when i worked so hard to accomplish high bench numbers with no arc, no leg drive, no weight belt, no wrist wraps. just chalk and a crazy mentality. and some1 like this comes and makes the benchpress look like a joke.
