Hello,
How would I go about stretching out the sleeves on a
single ply RageX bench shirt?
I am about a 1/2 inch away from touching my chest and can't
go any further down, and there is enough wieght on the bar.
I think this is happening because the sleeves are barely getting
above my elbow and the sleeves are crunched up alittle bit at the elbow.
I think that if I get the sleeves up more that this will solve the problem.
Anyone have experience with this shirt? Any tips or advice would
be greatly appreciated.
