Bench press and olympic lifts
hey i know there is only one person viewing right now can u help me on how to get my bench press up as quickly as i can for football tryouts and wut kinda lifts i should be doin to increase over all strength.....?

Try looking up www.westside-barbell.com or www.elitefts.com for articles and videos on benching. I would suggest trying out the 9 week basic workout that Dave Tate posted. Just remember its a template that you can adjust to your weaknesses. For right now you can try some rack pin presses and different heights just to increase your overall starting power on the bench.
