i have been lifting on and off for about a year an a 1/2 now but just got serious about powerlifting about 2 months ago i am a a nsca personal trainer for next level fitness in RI our squat has about 4 nationaly ranked lifters deff good modavation there...so any way i pulled 405 sun an squated 415 today both i did totaly raw broke parrell on the squat an locked out the dead for 2 sec`s i was pritty excited about just thought i would share my progress whit you guys
