I found a cool site on grip exercises the other day... I'll see if I can find it for you.

I really love throwing my workout towel over one of the top bars of a squat rack and just hanging from it. Gets a good burn going. Also taking a tub of water, marking the "full" line, dumping a towel in it, picking up the towel and trying to squeeze enough water out of the towel to reach the "full" line again.

Also, if your gym has them, load up a "thick" bar (bigger than a regular bar, can't really close a fist around it) as if you were going to do shrugs, and just pick it up and hold it.

Kinda like an abbreviated Farmers Walk, just without the walking...lol.

The point is that the thicker bar makes your fingers work harder to hold it.
