calf raises 4x6-8
wednesday
bench press 6x6-8
incline bench 4x6-8
flyes 4x6-8
close grip bench 4x6-8
friday
deadlifts 6x6-8
b.b rows 4x6-8
lat pulldowns 4x6-8
b.b curls 4x6-8
please feel free to throw your opinions out there looking for some advice. also how do i pyramid the weight on each set.
