Help Needed
yeah whats up
I'm was wondering wether or not anybody would give me some feedback about my present situation. That being said I was squatting pretty heavy the other day and strained my left quad. I had a trainer look at it and he told me to rest for two weeks and ice. Should i just go to the gym and work upper body or should i just rest up. Or is there anythings i can do to work my legs without causing any more damage. Also what do you guys know about Superdrol. Is it that good and is it a steroid or a prohormone?

I couldnt tell you for sure without looking at your injury, but you should probably ice it and take some time off. If its minor, you can still train some upper body movements, but keep it light. Since even in lifts like bench press, you use legs (if you do it right). Superdrol is a poor AAS IMO. Heptatoxic and very suppressive.
