    Erector shirt

    I had my first erector shirt arrive in the mail the other day and after putting it on, I can't imagine it helping me because I have a bit of a gut. Does the erector shirt help thinner guys more than it does guys with a bit of a belly? I wan't know whether it will prove to be useful wearing one in my next meet.

    Nah, it doesnt help anyone. Haha. Seriously tho, they arent very good at all, get a DL suit.
