how tight for a squat suit

how tight should a squat suit be? I put one on for the first time today and it was so tight that i had to get my partner to stand in the crotch of the suit just to get it down my legs. And my legs look that they each got hit with a wip about 20 times where the suit ends were

A squat suit should be rather tight, but nothing extreme, but again it all comes down to material, proper sizing, suit design, and preferences. Alot of times a suit that is too tight will bow the knees in during a squat, is this happening?

no the knees did not bow....it was pretty easy to get on took about 4-5 minutes tops but it took like over 15 minutes to get off....Is there any method to getting the suit off easy or anything you can use?

I dunno about that man... I've got the Z-Suit and it takes me about 10min to get into my suit. Getting it off should be worse than getting it on. Haha... and the bruises... god help us all! The suit slippers do help... I was laughing about the gloves that House of Pain.com is selling. Something about how they will save your hands with putting the suit on :-P... *Ahem*... anyways...

the z suit is not one of my favorites, the material stretches with time and you lose alot of needed support, try the tiatan suits if you are using single ply equipment
