Im in real need of improving my deadlifting form, what do you guys recomend??
I do ordinary deadlifts, and when the weight get heavier I always move my ass upp first before I move anything else and therefor putting everything on my lower back, I get no push att all from my legs.
I have done sumo alot previously but I dont like it much, I never get a good grove and it feels unatural.
352 is like nothing, but I can hardly get 374 off the floor because of the above things.
