Please watch and help
Hi I was working out today and was told that I go down to low on my dead lifts. I thought you always want to go all the way down. Can you watch this and tell me what you thinkI am 6'4" so I guess I have to bend over a lot but dosent everyone? I am not gonna slip a disc or anything will I? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Looks ok, but never reposition when you have the weight in your hands, such that the weight is off the ground. My buddy did jack up his back doing that. Technique could use alot of work. These days there are a bunch of guys deadlifting with an arched back and their head down. If you lift this way, you should make sure you train your erectors in you back properly to reduce the chance of injury. I never heard of going down too low. Just makes sure there is tension in your arms when you begin lifting the weight (ie don't jerk it up).
