Used chains for the first time today, did close grip bench working upp to 215 pounds(and 15 pounds of chains). and then jm presses with chains.
Only have 15 pounds of chains right now but going to get more.
I loved the way it was impossible to explode thru the motion like I always do and it realy killed the triceps in a unexpected way.
If anyone here hasnt tried chains yet make sure you do.
I cant wait until I find some cheap bands that I can use to![]()
