Big PLers still good athletes!
Sometimes the average joe will take a look at SHW PLers and think we are the most out of shape and slow people in the world. But today I out out sprinted 95% of the guys on my little brother's HS football team, with a 4.88 in the forty at 308 and on my stumpy legs at that! Btw, that is .03 faster than when I was in HS and wresting at 152

Although not a PL'er, Levrone was known for his running abilities.

I've read that Levrone was fast as heck. I am impressed with what a little test and plyometrics can do for my sprint.
