need some suggestions on up coming meet
I have a meet coming up on oct.14th,my splits will be,
tue. thurs. sat.
bench squat/DL bench
ME ME DE
tue. thurs. sat.
squat/DL bench squat/DL
DE ME ME
and so on.
I was thinking about starting to train with my bench shirt about 8 weeks out from the meet on my ME days and back raw on the DE days.
I've never trained out of my shirt I usually lift out of it a couple of weeks before the meet to see where I stand.Oh and one more thing the shirt I'll be training out of will be the one I'll compete in its a double rage x.any commenys will be appreciated.

i would rather train like this, tues thurs sat
tue max effort squat dl
thurs max bench
sat de squat dl, and bench
this can be done. pretty much saturday is an entire body speed day, as far as training with the shirt 8wks out, sure it can be done, i feel for myself i only need to use the shirt 4 wks out, but i know alot of people who disagree with me and where the shirt pretty much year round. myself find it makes me weaker doing heavy triples and singles wk after wk, i feel as if i am over training
