I have a meet coming up on oct.14th,my splits will be,
tue. thurs. sat.
bench squat/DL bench
ME ME DE
tue. thurs. sat.
squat/DL bench squat/DL
DE ME ME
and so on.
I was thinking about starting to train with my bench shirt about 8 weeks out from the meet on my ME days and back raw on the DE days.
I've never trained out of my shirt I usually lift out of it a couple of weeks before the meet to see where I stand.Oh and one more thing the shirt I'll be training out of will be the one I'll compete in its a double rage x.any commenys will be appreciated.
