Hey, I think I need a new routine for PL. I weigh 207, 6'0, 18 and I have been lifting for alil bit over a year and just started squatting and deadlifting three months ago.

Bench: 205
Squat: 320
Deadlift: 375
Power Clean: 185

I think I am lacking in the upper back and tricep department for bench. And what's your look on hex bar deadlift? I just stick to straight bar.
