    work your way up to 3 rm?

    what does this mean im trying to start a new program and confused what working up to 3 rep max is?

    the heveist weight you can do a olid 3 reps forr working your way up would be starting with light triples and increasing weight until you get to a max set where you can barely do3 reps

    ok thats what i firgured thanks. your sticky regarding the metal militia says to get rid of declines but in it its says this will benefit an archer a lot so should i do them since im an archer

    i am an arched presser to, i throw out the declines because that routine has so much volume, declines would be to much work considering how high the volume. u should alternate decline and partial preses every other wk
