Today I benched 160kg(360ibs). That means I have put 45 ibs on my bench over the last 15 weeks or so. Before that I was stuck on 140kg for well over a year,

I have attached the routine I followed the last 6 weeks(I didnt start it at week 1).
btw doc it helped to put the bar a bit higher on my back when squating. It didnt slip anything at all last time I was squating. Unfortunaly I have ****ing pulled something in my muscle so I cant squat heavy![]()
