1. Box Squats: 45x4x3, 135x3x3, 185x2, 225x2, 245x2, 275x6x2, 285x2, 315x2x1, 295x2 No contrast method, very fast off the box. This is a huge milestone for me, last time we did paralell Box Squats on ME day, I did a touch and go at 315 in my Boss Suit (Straps up); todays sets were done in a loose Champion suit (Straps down) at the end of Dynamic Day, and they were still somewhat fast![]()
